Roskilly's farm, the Lizard

In a few weeks time we'll be heading down to Cornwall again for a much-needed break. We're hoping for sunshine, blue seas, and sand between our toes.

Last year's holiday was incredible… we had the most glorious weather for the entire 2 week stretch, almost unheard of! We're used to stormy skies and mizzle (a particularly Cornish combination of mist and drizzle), so this was a welcome change!

Of course we're hoping to discover some new places this year, though we'll still return to some of our much-loved, old favourites.

Roskilly's farm on the Lizard is somewhere we will keep going back to. They serve the best cream teas I have ever tasted… with freshly-baked huge scones, cream from their own dairy herd and homemade strawberry jam.

I wrote about Roskilly's for This is Your Kingdom recently… you can read my article over on their website now.
