Across the bay from St Michael's Mount in Penzance, is Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens.
We were drawn in by James Turrell's 'skyspace', an eliptical chamber offering views of the sky above. We sat mesmerised as the clouds drifted past.
We continued on through the exotic woodland, passing bamboo and palm trees until we reached the top level, and were afforded a stunning vista of St Michael's Mount and beyond.
We headed down the hill to the cafe, I loved the interior, all pale wood and lime accents. We ordered delicious homemade tomato soup and lime coolers, and I had the best brownie I've ever tasted.
