wakehurst place, sussex

On the weekend we visited Wakehurst Place in West Sussex, which is the country estate of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. It houses the Millenium Seedbank, where 10% of the world's plant species are preserved for the future. The gardens are extraordinary, with hundreds (maybe even thousands) of different plants and flowers. Plus, I always relish a chance to work on my macro photography!
